Connectionpoint is a Swiss IT and communications provider based in Frauenfeld. We deliver connectivity, hosting, infrastructure, communications and technical project implementation with direct engineering involvement.
One contact across technical boundaries
Customer environments often combine Internet access, DNS, servers, mail, telephony, Microsoft services and site technology. Our role is not to pretend those boundaries do not exist, but to understand the dependencies and take responsibility for the scope we agree.
Technical support by people
Support requests are handled by our team rather than being placed behind an AI chatbot. When the normal support path is not enough, technical cases can be escalated to engineers who understand the network, systems and integrations behind the service.
Infrastructure with direct operational control
Where technically sensible, we operate services on systems managed by our own engineering team and use our own IP resources. Physical access networks and selected service components may involve partners, but we retain direct technical control over significant parts of the stack.
